Bartolomeo Mastri of Meldola, O.F.M. Conv. (โ 1673), was a Scotist of the first rank, and perhaps the greatest of all time.1 He wrote a cursus of philosophy with Bonaventura Belluto.

The best source on this author is Marco Forlivesi, Scotistarum Princeps: Bartolomeo Mastri (1602โ1673) e il suo tempo (Padova: Centro Studi Antoniani, 2002). He shows that in letters Bartolomeo signed his name โMastri,โ and not โMastrioโ (Forlivesi, 22).
